At the center of the development is a commitment to forward-looking infrastructure and sustainability. City Gateway’s fully automated parking facility will provide EV charging capability at every parking space, creating one of the most significant concentrations of electric vehicle infrastructure in downtown Raleigh. Designed to support evolving transportation technologies and future mobility demands, the facility also serves as the foundation for a publicly accessible rooftop plaza that enhances walkability, manages stormwater, reduces urban heat impacts, and creates an activated gathering space for the community.
